After receiving an oil change and tire rotation (6/20), I told the service person that I did not want a car wash as my vehicle was already clean. Once I was home I noticed a large oily hand print on the drivers side front quarter panel by the hood area. Not that big of a deal so I cleaned it. Tech did great job re new tires and front end alignment. John Mullins - very attentive and helpful service advisor. Courtesy driver Jordan right on time and very pleasant. Thanks to all for great service.

I am always impressed with the friendliness of the service writer. She has always made time to answer questions and squeeze me in when I needed service on both cars even without an appointment. My car is always returned washed.

I’m new to Fl. But I brought my car in for a 20,000 mile service. Rotate the tires and safety check. The car was returned to me and now the low tire pressure alert was showing. All the tire pressures were not acting correctly. The pressure was fine but the gauges were all off. So I was told to bring it back. So I did. The problem still was not fixed and I was told the main Lyriq tech was off but is now coming back. So could I bring it back again. So I did and it was finally fixed. Now I got a recall notice. I will never bring my Cadillac to you for service again. I sat for 2-1/2 hours and then you don’t even wash my car… look up the Gilbert’s we have bought cars from you for years so this is disappointing!!! I won’t buy another one to be treated this way
