After receiving an oil change and tire rotation (6/20), I told the service person that I did not want a car wash as my vehicle was already clean. Once I was home I noticed a large oily hand print on the drivers side front quarter panel by the hood area. Not that big of a deal so I cleaned it. Then about a week later (6/26) I received a call asking if I wanted to schedule an appointment for the service recommendations that I had “declined” the day my vehicle was serviced. I am always impressed with the friendliness of the service writer. She has always made time to answer questions and squeeze me in when I needed service on both cars even without an appointment. My car is always returned washed.
The worst service department I have ever been to. It took two tries and six weeks to get my vehicle repaired. When I finally got my vehicle back it was filthy inside. I spent hours cleaning the dirt and grease out of it. I don’t know how they got it so dirty. I took pictures of the rags I used to clean it, because I didn’t think anybody would believe me. I’ll never use them again.
I will never bring my Cadillac to you for service again. I sat for 2-1/2 hours and then you don’t even wash my car… look up the Gilbert’s we have bought cars from you for years so this is disappointing!!! I won’t buy another one to be treated this way
