I have a lot of respect for DeVoe Automotive Group and as a former Cadillac Sales Manager, I always respected their Cadillac business and service in the Naples area. My father-in-law was a Pontiac, Buick, GMC, and Hyundai dealer in Elmhurst, IL and when he retired used to service here. I can see why. Great facility, people, and efficient operation. "Class Act!" As soon as I pulled up for my oil change somebody came out to meet me advising me to leave my fob in the car and proceed to the front desk. Was met at the front desk and they called a service agent over who brought me to his desk. In the waiting room, there was coffee and snacks. 40 minutes later I was told the car was done I walked out it was brought back out front washed and vacuumed along with my oil change. Took an hour and a half for an oil and filter change and tire rotation, paid over $100 for a service that I think I should've paid maybe $60 - 70 for.
