I have a lot of respect for DeVoe Automotive Group and as a former Cadillac Sales Manager, I always respected their Cadillac business and service in the Naples area. My father-in-law was a Pontiac, Buick, GMC, and Hyundai dealer in Elmhurst, IL and when he retired used to service here. I can see why. Great facility, people, and efficient operation. How can anyone really rate a car dealer 5 stars...? I can say, without a doubt, I would and will definitely go back and do business with them again. Daron, to be specific, our salesperson, had the vehicle we inquired about ready to look at, when we arrived at the dealership. Knowledgeable, friendly guy and none of the back & forth hold your keys hostage for hours bs that you may be used too. I brought car in unscheduled as my tire light was on. They got me in right away. It turned out it was a sensor needed replacing on the tire. I, also, had a recall on the driver side airbag that was in stock and installed then, as well. Chris Snyder was the Advisor who helped and could have been more helpful and considerate!

Outstanding service department! Setup a diagnosis appointment immediately while other dealers were telling me they were booking mid January. Gary Harrison had me checked in right away and told me they’d do their best to get it in the shop asap. Ended up being an easy fix and they only charged me a fraction of the original estimated diagnostic charge. I’d highly recommend this service department.

Bought my 2024 Duramax at a different dealership, naturally tried to use that dealership for service. After several attempts from the other dealership to fix the AC to no avail, and weeks wasted with no truck that I use for work. I reached out to Chris Snyder in the service department, dropped it off that day around 3pm, truck was in and out the very next day. They even ran it through the wash. Talk about service. They have definitely gained a new satisfied customer.
