Great service, quick and thorough. Appreciate that when I get my tires rotated that they also correct the tire pressure on all 4 tires (you'd be surprised how many places don't do that!). That's just attention to detail. Also, got me in later that week to take care of a pesky recall item and worked around my schedule giving me a shuttle home that day so it could get done. Trust these guys with my car, which is probably the best review I can give.
Brought 2012 Grand Cherokee in for service and an issue was found. It took longer than expected to fix due to very old drive shaft not coming out of transfer case for repair. If they had to break shaft to get it out it would more than double expected repair cost. They took the time needed to heat treat the shaft to get it out. Took several days. Ryan showed me exactly what needed to be done with my car up on the rack. I’m very happy with service and glad they took the time need to ultimately save me money.
I recently purchased a vehicle from here. Jimmy was wonderful to deal with! He had great communication, fun to talk to and was very helpful. Joe was very nice as well. They made the buying process quick and easy. I love my new car. I definitely recommend buying from them!
Hands down, the best service department I've ever dealt with. The service department is very knowledgeable with all Mopar products. The mechanics are there for there customers. My 17yr old son recently purchased a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT/8 and he had alot of questions about the vehicle and the service writers along with the manager of the service department helped him like was a person not a number like other dealerships use.
