January 2024…. We went to buy my hubby’s favorite car since he got me the 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL in 2023… He found a 2023 Tesla Model 3 for the right price and low mileage. It was a steal!!! Although we don’t remember the salesman name, everyone was awesome. They accommodated us since we were with our little ones. They kept them occupied with snacks and coloring while we handle business. Everything was so fast, we spent about 1 hour there. That’s the shortest time we’ve ever spent at a dealership. Thank you!!!
I had to bring my car here twice recently; once for a recall and AC issue and once for the Mazda infotainment settlement. I very thoroughly explained my AC issue when I brought it in the first time- my AC would blow extremely cold air for about 20min and then it would barely move air and the air was not cold. It would also blow fog and some little white flakes. Their diagnostic was to check the blower in the shop, so of course it looked fine. 3* because I had to go back for a tire rotation which was 1 of the main reason I went so it was pretty inconvenient and aggravating since I live in spring hill. 2 of my rims were damaged a litte on two rims. 2 chips and a little gash from the alignment, this is the first I've had damage from an alignment. Plus side the alignment helped and my steering wheel is actually straight and not tilting to the left. I love Coast, living VERY close by I frequent their Parts department often. Always nice and quick and friendly. I am a life long Mazda owner, over 10 Mazda's and my current MZ3 is made better by using genuine Mazda parts from the friendliest dealer in the area. If you want a GREAT car, Mazda is it. TY Coast Mazda and I look forward to my next purchase, a Miata. If I can fit!
Went for oil change and alignment. Only took a couple hours. They have a cool system where the tech working on your vehicle makes a video of everything he recommends. Then you let your advisor know what you want. I enjoyed this system. I walked around the show room while I waited and surprisingly was not approached once. Which is fine since I was not there to buy anything. My advisor was able to help me get the best price for the services I needed. I look forward to my next visit
