This Cadillac dealership is the absolute best! I am beyond grateful to live close enough so that I have the ease and pleasure to get my car fixed and maintained. I was met right away and directed to my service manager, Jennifer. Jennifer was excellent in explaining exactly what to expect. She has a great smile as well as being very knowledgeable of her job. The car was quickly off to be serviced, and after a very short wait, I was being taken home. It was very apparent from the very start, that Jennifer and the rest of the employees of Autonation really cared about making sure that all the customers were pleased with all of the interactions at the dealership.
This dealer is untrustworthy and unreliable. I would not recommend this dealer to my worst enemy. I brought my 2012 Cadillac SRX in to AutoNation Cadillac of New Port Richey. My vehicle was shutting down on the road. I met with Jennifer, the service manager who was dishonest from the beginning. I was given a loaner while waiting for the diagnostics. The purpose of my visit was to get my vehicle's oil changed. Richard Korte was my service advisor. He is very customer service oriented and very respectful. Richard was very pleasant to deal with, kept me posted, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the service. I highly recommend asking for him if you're visiting Auto Nation Cadillac in Port Richey. It's always nice to be greeted by people like Richard. It was definitely a good experience.
