Service director Cliff Stoufer & Trish Jones service professional went above & beyond to make sure my car was serviced & repaired correctly.they both were courteous & detailed about making sure my car was done properly. They are a great asset to this company.
Broke the locking cap on our Cadillac and then tried to call us to have us purchase a new one. This place is a scam. This isn’t the first incident, but we decided to give them a second chance interior we are once again. Take it to Tampa or Wesley chapel. Stay away from Port Richey.
As a dealership they are one of the better ones I've found. Very friendly and accommodating. They offer a nice waiting are with snacks and drinks. Giving periodic updates when necessary.
Our son’s Cadillac was towed to this dealership after what we believed was a simple battery issue. After three days, the service advisor, Dave, informed us that diagnostics would cost at least $2,000, but suggested we file an insurance claim because they suspected a lightning strike. After another week without a diagnosis, our Progressive insurance agent advised us the dealership was requesting even more time, which he reluctantly approved.
