We'll my 2021 Sierra AT4 is back in the shop. Started sputtering, no acceleration at times, and the check engine light flashes on and off. I only drive this truck 3 days a week with some errands on the weekend. This truck is all show and no go. Just please get me into a dependable truck. I'm tired of worrying if something else is wrong with this truck. I owned this truck for less than 2 months and just made my 1st payment. PLEASE HELP ME!!
Update: Following my initial experience, Bill, the service manager, reached out to address my concerns. He offered a free oil change, tire rotation, and express wash to make up for the inconvenience. Bill took the time to explain the cost breakdown, including that the oil filter should run around $12, and normally, an oil change for my truck would be $52 during their express lane happy hour. I’ve had problems in the past with other dealerships, especially the one I bought my car from. These guys took care of us as soon as I brought my car in. They took care of the issue(s) and helped us with a rental, (my warranty covered it, of course), they are super friendly and actually care about their customers. They did an Awesome! job on my 2022 Honda Accord Sport..that had an incident while it was parked on my driver side bumper. Can't tell anything ever happened to it. Will definitely recommend them and will be using there services again.
Had the oil changed here in my GMC Terrain, they have drove me crazy calling to see if I want to trade it in, which I told them the day I was there I wasn't interested. They also for some reason activated OnStar as a courtesy and never told me, so I had OnStar to deal with for the next numerous months. Geez...a simple oil change became a nightmare of sales calls.
