I've been using Bob Sight Kia over 10 years and bought two cars there. The sales and finance people were very easy to work with. And I've gotten excellent results from the service department. I've never had an issue with any work they've done, and the service advisors are very helpful.
They honored the recalls on a 12 year old car, and did work that would have cost a couple of thousand. Rachel at the service desk was attentive, helpful and expedited the work order because I needed the car back in 2 days it cost me 13 bucks for an uber, no charge for the work. Whats not to like?
I drive an hour to still come to get my Kia Soul a LOF & Rotate the tires at Bob Sight Kia because I know I can trust the work of their mechanic Mr. Rob. I bought My Kia there in 2014. They have had a lot of people in their service department come and go and they lost Jeff who was one of the best Service Managers that i knew for 10 years there. Thankfully they have Jhanna now who does an excellent job and gives great customer service !!
I've always used the Kia on Noland Rd for at least half of my life. I've only had maybe a couple of bad visits. The staff at the Noland Rd KIA is always friendly and helpful. They aren't pushy at all and listen to your needs.
Bob Sight always takes great care of me and also recommends what ever I need for my warranty to stay in tact. Thank you Bob Sight service crew!
