Bob Sight Kia Independence is an OUTSRANDING car dealership and service shop. They have always been respectful and willing to go out of their way to be helpful. I would highly recommend this place for ALL your vehicle needs.
Very professional and polite from the time I pulled into the shop area to letting me know when service was done. I enjoyed the video of the service inspection that was provided afterward. No issues at all.
Jeffrey was great! Friendly, professional, and attentive. I went in for an oil change and they made sure everything looked good. Would highly recommend!
Made an appointment for a recall on my telluride after waiting 3 hours, they told me my parts weren’t in and would be in Friday. So now I have to reschedule another appointment and wait. I ordered a mud flap 3 months prior never got a call it was in or if I wanted to schedule an appointment. I had to ask for them to install it while I was there for my “recall.” Cost me $100 for their labor do install the mud flap. Very frustrating to schedule an appointment for a service and not have it completed and have to reschedule.
I continue to use this service dept bc of Johna. She is great and always upfront about costs. If something is wrong they have fixed it quickly. I drive up from harrisonville for Johna
