I love that you don’t have to make an appointment for an oil change here. They get you in, get it done fairly quickly, and the whole process feels easy and efficient. The staff is always really friendly, and I also love that they send a video inspection once everything is finished. Such a nice touch and overall a really great experience!

Purchased my new Audi Q5 several months ago. Tyler Hood was awesome and exactly what you want in a salesman. Jacob made this finance process easy and explained everything perfectly. I unfortunately got a screw in my tire so I also had to visit the service department and Jeff took great care of me and my car. Everyone I’ve encountered through sales and service have been nothing short of excellent. Thank you Audi Memphis for everything!

Best service from a dealer. They keep my vehicle in tip top shape. The staff is consistent, we’re pretty much family at this point. I wouldn’t buy a car from another dealer simply because their service has been amazing

Friendly service, but definitely took longer than the time given for the wait. I was told about 1 hr 45 min, but was well over 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. Couldn’t tell if I received the complimentary car wash either

Great experience getting my car serviced. Walked in, dropped off, was provided with Uber back home. Two hours later picked up. Quick and smooth, polite staff.
