I recently had my Audi serviced to install a new instrument cluster, and I’m pleasantly surprised by the overall experience, especially after a previous negative experience my wife and I had with another Audi service visit. The Memphis Audi Service Department is well staffed, and agents are courteous and efficient. My only complaint is most service takes several hours, and a rental car is no longer supplied. Also, the driver who took me home last time was not available. I would appreciate a rental car and a willing to pay a reasonable charge for one.
The staff at Audi Memphis were very professional at the time of my service. I had a few questions about the vehicle I purchased and they were very informative and detailed with the information I requested. Travis was a big help in the service department. Keep up the good work.
Jeff Massey is incredible! The entire service department works as a team to give superior service! My car has lots of miles on it and they keep me informed of all the maintenance needs and the costs. Taking my car to Jeff gives me peace of mind! Thank you for taking care of my baby!
