The entire staff at Audi on Covington Pike was very accommodating and showed me the models that they thought I would like. I bought an Audi Q5 and I love it. Chip Pleasanf the dealership manager was extremely helpful along with members of his team. Tom, Tyler and Ricky all did a super job with explaining the options and help me with the control setups. Great job by a great sales team. I rate them as the best. Great job!
If I could give 100 stars I would! The guys at the Audi Gossett store on Covington Pike are SUPERHEROES! The day before Thanksgiving, around 2:30 p.m., my SUV just completely broke and I completely freaked out. I had a ton of stuff to get done and had to pick my grandson up from school by 4:30. So this service center sucks. I have been bringing my Audi to them since 2022, and hope I never have to go back. in the beginning, I dealt with a guy named Justin. He was always upfront and transparent about the work being done on my car. He no longer works there, so I began dealing with a young man named Travis. Travis is the opposite of Justin.
