Customer service was ok this time. However, I received a diagnostic and was told that it would cost 260 and was charged 330… When asked, Nick stated that they did two separate diagnostics! This should’ve and could’ve been communicated up front.
Nick and the team at Audi in Memphis are awesome! The service department is very well run and the work is top quality. Nick helped me to repair a damaged rim on my newAudi A5. The workmanship was excellent and done on time as promised. I highly recommend the dealer for service.

The entire staff at Audi on Covington Pike was very accommodating and showed me the models that they thought I would like. I bought an Audi Q5 and I love it. Chip Pleasanf the dealership manager was extremely helpful along with members of his team. Tom, Tyler and Ricky all did a super job with explaining the options and help me with the control setups. Great job by a great sales team. I rate them as the best. Great job!
