Alderman’s Toyota has been the best in keeping my RAV 4 in great condition. I recently took it to have a routine maintenance done. I knew it needed more than that. They went above and beyond in informing me of everything they found, and getting it done in one day. They also gave me discounts on any things that were being offered at the time, and fixed a recall. I couldn’t ask for better service!!
Everything went really smooth with my appt. Scheduling was easy, Zeb showed me a great customer service experience when I dropped off my vehicle, the car was ready earlier than expected and the cost was less than I anticipated. Overall, it was an awesome and easy experience.
Derek and the entire service staff at this location are amazing. They are very thorough and friendly. I always leave feeling like I’m completely taken care of. Thanks so much, Derek, for making me feel safe on the road and like a valued customer!
Derek met me as soon as I got out of my vehicle and introduced himself. He checked in with me to see if I had any questions or concerns, and took the time to listen. I found his comments very helpful. I turned over the key and he told me how long the service would take. When the service was complete, Derek informed me that there was a “recall” on my vehicle I hadn’t heard about and said it had been taken care of. Derek is a keeper! He took great care of me, and I left with a smile on my face!
On of the best dealerships I’ve dealt with. Prompt, friendly, attentive. I could easily recommend. I drive an hour to get my Tacoma serviced here.
